What’s in a name?
Well I have started to ‘blog’
First I need to explain my chosen name…
Theophilus means ‘Lover of God’ in New Testament Greek. The name appears in Acts 1:1 where Luke addresses his Gospel account to an unknown Believer called by this name.I chose this name as my pseudonym as it fits the bill so well.

- A Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour and Lord… and
- A Lover of God.
I trust my blog reaches many readers who want to know the truth and are willing to think about my comments and seriously consider and examine the things I blog about.
I have left this blog ‘open’ for comments and I really don’t care who disagrees with me as long as their comments are reasonable not just emotional or rude.
I will endeavour to give reasonable answers to any sincere question or comment.
All spam and inappropriate comments will be quickly removed… but I trust all seekers and ‘gain-sayers’ (Titus 1:9 ) will receive an honest and truthful answer.
